Short Passage, Long Voyage
Fatigue, corrosion and fouling are found by decades of service, not by a season of trials. A capsule sold for indefinite daily use is almost always studied over a span shorter than the gap between two dental appointments — and the mismatch is rarely mentioned on either side.
How long something was observed decides what the observation covers. These three keep the duration attached.
Every finding we report carries how long the study ran, in the same sentence as the finding. A result without its duration is not a result about a product taken daily for years, and separating the two is how a twelve-week outcome comes to sound like a permanent one.
Long-term use is exactly the situation where an ongoing relationship with a clinician earns its keep, because the thing being watched changes slowly and only somebody following you across years can see it. A page cannot follow anybody, which is the whole limitation of this format stated plainly.
Where a short trial found something, we report what it found over that period and stop. Projecting a twelve-week curve forward to a year is arithmetic dressed as evidence, and nobody who does it will tell you they have done it. We sell no supplement, hold no affiliate arrangement, and publish no testimonials.
A short trial is not a bad trial, and this is not an argument that anything is being hidden. Long studies cost more than this field can usually raise, which is a funding fact rather than a choice by anybody. The consequence cuts both ways and both matter: a benefit shown over weeks may not persist, and a harm that takes years to appear could not have been seen. Neither the promise nor the reassurance survives the duration question intact.
Health Notice: This page carries general education and nothing further. It arrives at no diagnosis, issues no prescription, and stands in for no part of an examination by a qualified physician. Supplements do not take the place of eating properly or of proper clinical care. Whatever you intend to change — to begin, to discontinue, to take a different amount — belongs with your doctor beforehand, and no exception applies where prescription medication or an existing condition is involved.

If we have quoted a finding without the period it was measured over, that is precisely the error this page exists to oppose. Send the reference and it gets corrected in public.
